Return & Exchange Policy – ABCloset

1. Eligibility for Exchange/Return

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or receive Online Store Credit equal to the item amount (excluding shipping).

Requirements:

  • Time Limit: Request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. What Is Online Store Credit?

Online Store Credit allows you to return an item and use the paid amount toward a future purchase on abcloset.pk.
Cash refunds are not offered.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Include your Order ID when contacting us.

Once approved, we will guide you on sending the item back.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product, size, or color was delivered

  • The original order had promotional free shipping

In the above situations, ABCloset covers the return courier charges.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting us at:

Requests made after 24 hours may not be possible if the order has entered the dispatch process.

6. Important Notes

  • Sale/Promo Items: Final sale. No exchange or refund.

  • Used/Altered Items: Will not be accepted.

  • Tags/Packaging: Must remain intact for eligibility.

  • Processing Time: After receiving the returned item, Online Store Credit is issued within 3–5 business days.
