Ordering & Accounts

Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders, save Favorites, and view purchase history.
How do I track my order? Log into your account to view order history. A tracking number is also emailed once the order is dispatched.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel within 24 hours by contacting us via Email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM. After 24 hours, cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
Are your clothes true to size? We aim for accuracy. Check the Size Chart pop-up on each product page.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? COD across Pakistan. Prepaid VISA and MasterCard are processed securely via SSL.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. Payments are handled using Shopify’s secure processing. We don't store card details.
Do the prices include tax? Yes. All displayed prices include applicable taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does ABCloset ship? We ship only within Pakistan.
How long will my order take to arrive? Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed.
What are the shipping charges? Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on address and weight. Free shipping promos may apply.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality

What is your exchange policy? Exchange only, no refunds. Request within 7 days of receiving the order.
How do I start an exchange? Contact us via the Contact Us page, WhatsApp CTA, or Instagram DM for guidance.
Can I exchange a sale item? No. Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale.
How do I know the quality is good? We source directly from factories to ensure strong quality at accessible prices. Check Materials & Care on product pages.
